Shekirra joined In House Design Group in the summer of 2025, adding a certain calm, charming and unapologetically authentic spirit to our studio. A trained interior designer with a Bachelor’s degree from Mount Royal University, she has a true passion for residential interiors and a keen eye for sourcing one-of-a-kind pieces that make every space feel unique.
With experience renovating multiple homes herself, Shekirra brings a practical understanding of construction management to each project, paired with her talent for discovering antiques and thrifted treasures. Her authentic, thoughtful approach and exceptional sourcing skills make her an invaluable member of the team.
Outside of work, Shekirra can be found hunting for hidden gems at vintage markets, exploring antique shops, and curating pieces that inspire her own creative projects.
